BRS was contacted by an out-of-state developer to complete several Towne Place Suites projects in the Boise area, including this one located in the El Dorado business park at the intersection of Eagle and Overland Roads. The 125 room prototype that we started with had been designed around the Southern Building Code so BRS completed a thorough code review of the entire design and implemented sweeping revisions to comply with the locally enforced International Building Code. Once the re-design was complete we pursued both planning and building permit approvals and provided complete construction administration services during construction.
