Our firm has worked on a variety of restaurant projects over the past forty years in over twenty states.  Experience ranges from small owned and operated, to national fast food chains, to exclusive fine dining restaurants. The work performed by BRS ranges from corporate prototype designs that become nationally recognized establishments.  When designing a restaurant facility, our goal is to create an atmosphere that enhances all the environmental elements of the dining experience as well as the functional necessities of kitchen design. Both the atmosphere and the functional arrangement of the facility can have a substantial impact on a patron’s overall dining experience.
