Kuna Assisted Living Center

This project began with the purchase of a single existing assisted living facility of approximately 7,350sf. We then designed the site to accommodate 3 new more expansive and comfortable buildings each of similar size. The buildings were designed around a common living core which allows residents to enjoy the privacy of their own bedroom and restroom facilities while sharing social activities with the other residents, the existing building was re-designed to match the style and amenities of the new buildings. The building exteriors were designed to convey a strong residential feel and the interiors were designed to provide all the comforts of home.
