A free-standing bank branch office with drive-thru service. Built in a retail shopping center with materials and detailing consistent with the rural architectural theme of the shopping center.

The original shopping center was created to provide an equestrian feel, bound by a City ordinance which requires turn-of-the-century design using a stucco exterior, river rock accents and exposed timber framing. In addition to this free-standing bank, there are two restaurants and a 13,000 sq. ft. specialty market in the center. A pharmacy occupies the final pad.
