Located within a new commercial development in Meridian Idaho, the wood framed office building was designed with a contemporary mix of colors, textures, and architectural forms that provide a cohesive architectural style consistent with the existing buildings in the commercial subdivision.  Three tenant spaces are provided; Each tenant space is highlighted and articulated by large parapet corner features and a center projected tenant entrance. The balanced architectural forms create a visual interest that is consistent around the entire building.  Off white stucco, with accent materials of distressed white brick and dark grey fiber cement panels add warmth and texture to the facades. The windows and doors for the project are black anodized aluminum with gray tinted glazing.  Large storefront windows are provided on all four sides of the building allowing for generous amounts of daylight to the office users.  Oversized black steel canopies provide necessary weather protection at each tenant entrance, but also help to create distinct office storefronts, ensuring that the building will be highly marketable for current and future tenants.
