EAGLE ISLANG CROSSING

As part of the master plan design for the 16 acre Eagle Island Crossing mixed use development, BRS Architects designed a number of retail/office buildings to accentuate and compliment the Arts West Academy site anchor building. Also designed by BRS, the academy incorporated a French Countryside style in response to the City of Eagle’s design standards. In an effort to establish a unified design theme for the development and at the same time offer variety, BRS integrated a blended Tudor Revival style for the first phase of retail development, Buildings B, F, K and I. While the buildings’ styles were somewhat unique, optimal retail bay dimensions, storefront modules and interior heights were maintained. Conventional wood framed structural systems were used, along with standard roof-top HVAC units to deliver economical, flexible retail space with a unique aesthetic designed to attract tenants and customers alike.
