About us Canyon Crest

Holding true to its namesake, the Canyon Crest Restaurant is impressively situated at the edge of the Snake River Canyon overlooking the Perrine Falls in Twin Falls, Idaho. This versatile enterprise consists of a world class restaurant, a private wine tasting room, a piano bar, a grand ballroom as well as a generous kitchen to support these amenities.

Patrons can absorb the endless vistas from the nearly 5,000 square feet of terraced patios. Since the terraced patios are perched only a few feet from the canyon rim it was important, to both BRS and the owner, to employ a natural, locally quarried stone to match the canyon wall. Almost as remarkable as the location, the interior of the building consists of a spacious dining hall with exposed timber trusses accented with a subtle hint of modernity. As one makes their way through the formal antechamber they are dramatically introduced to a world class wine selection nestled between earthy stone columns in a custom-made wine rack. A last minute addition to the design is an eight person rotating table that allows everyone in the party to have views from one of the finest observation points in Idaho and a group of local businessmen have a standing reservation for this extraordinary table every Wednesday evening at 5:00.
