Qdoba

BRS Architects was contracted by an out of state developer to design and permit (4) Qdoba Mexican Grill restaurants in the Boise, Nampa and Meridian area. Currently BRS has completed (3) of the (4) restaurants and we are working on completing the 4th restaurant. The projects have been located on sites that average around 1 acre. Many of the sites required creative site layouts in order for the building and required parking to fit within the required setbacks and easements.

Two of the three designs incorporated additional building tenant space which allows the owner to utilize the extra space for leasable area. The building incorporated a southwestern feel by the use of cultured stone, stucco, a shed roof and trellis work. The shed roof design allows for a covered entry colonnade.
