BRS Architects has completed plans for more than 30 Wendy’s restaurants in four states, dating back to 1975 when we completed our first one on Broadway Ave., in Boise, ID. In addition to the new store designs we have completed dozens of remodels and additions for aging existing stores. Our typical scope of work on these projects includes; site design, modifying prototypes to fit requirements of local government entities or site restrictions, obtaining planning and building permit approvals and construction administration services during the construction.
