Spring Hill Suites

BRS was contacted by a local developer to complete this Springhill Suites located in the Boise Research Center (a 295 acre business center in Boise, ID master planned by BRS Architects). Beginning with a prototype design featuring 146 guest rooms, indoor pool, fitness center, 24-hour market and meeting centers with room for up to 60 people BRS designed the site and re-designed the building exterior to meet business center and local zoning requirements. Once the re-design was complete and approved by Marriot (Springhill Suites’ parent company) we pursued both planning and building permit approvals and provided complete construction administration services during construction.
