Starbucks

BRS Architects has completed the new building shell designs of 7 Starbucks locations for 6 different developers. While typically small stand-alone structures and all designed to the requirements of Starbucks' standard Landlord Workletter requirements, these building otherwise have little in common. Each design has had to respond to its own set of challenges such as; access issues, zoning requirements, site size limitations for parking and stacking areas and budgetary or time constraints. Having become extremely familiar with the Starbucks requirements and processes we advise our clients of potential pitfalls in the process and have been very successful at devising cost savings techniques that meet the approval of Starbucks.
