These two "Village" look in-line retail strips were completed on a Design-Build basis with McAlvain Construction. The project was fast tracked to complete the design, documentation, permitting and construction in only four months to accommodate the owners 1031 exchange requirements. BRS worked with the City of Meridian to streamline both the planning and permitting review processes and completed the construction documents in only 2 weeks to keep the project on schedule. Continuous communication with McAlvain insured that the design adhered to the development’s pre-approved design standards (also developed by BRS Architects for a separate developer) while being detailed in a manner that stayed within budget and lent itself to off-site pre-assembly to shorten the required construction time.
