About us St. Alphonsus

BRS Architects organized a professional team of talented consultants, doctors, and hospital staff to create a medical park that meets the growing needs of the western end of the Treasure Valley.

This campus is located in Caldwell, Idaho on 19 acres with visibility and accessibility to Interstate 84. The first phase is a single story Cancer Treatment Center of approximately 9,300-sq. ft. completed in January 2001. Phases 2 & 3 are planned as a three-story ambulatory care center with a stepped profile and central elevator core.

Phase 4 will add a three-story medical office building to the campus as needs dictate. One of the driving concepts incorporated into the master plan was to capitalize on visibility from the interstate, thus the "crescent" shape of the campus. Additionally the buildings were planned around an interconnecting “spine” or gallery fronting on water features to enhance the patient environment. Traffic patterns and utilities were incorporated into a curved boulevard with separate service areas identified for improved site circulation.
